Be part of a large organization with major contracts including Workforce Australia and Disability Employment Services.

Get out on the road to liaise with local business, apprenticeship providers and other stakeholders to source new enrolments.
Coordinate the delivery of the micro credentials and short courses including booking the venue, the Trainer Assessor and student attendance.
Assist with coordination of work experience through community and industry relationships / networks.
Guide learners through face to face and remote study groups.
Manage student engagement and provide support with course material.
Process daily administrative tasks related to ASQA and other compliance frameworks.
The role requires:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE***** or TAE***** (or willing to obtain).
Strong customer service experience with the capability to build effective working relationships and developing community/industry networks.
Proven ability to achieve enrolment and completion KPIs.
Sound planning, coordination and resource management capabilities alongside a flexible approach to manage an increasing workload.
Adapt training to suit the needs of a diverse range of learners, including those with disabilities.
