 
        
        **Sales Territory Manager - Southern Region in Papua New Guinea** 
**Responsibilities**: 
**Develop and Implement Sales Strategies**:Create effective sales strategies, objectives, and plans to meet company sales targets. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the assigned territory. 
**Team Management**:Be a vital part of a larger 40-50 member strong sales team. 
**Customer Relationship Management**:Build and maintain robust relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry influencers. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner. 
**Sales Performance Monitoring**:Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. Generate regular reports for management to provide insights into the territory's sales performance. 
**New Business Opportunities**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, to increase sales and expand the company's presence in the market. 
**Field Reporting**:Complete field reporting, ensuring accurate data collection and provide valuable feedback to the management team. 
**Promotional Effectiveness**:Increase promotional effectiveness by implementing innovative marketing strategies and leveraging sales initiatives to achieve maximum returns. 
**Skills, Experience & Attributes**: 
- Strong background in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry, with experience in **non-alcoholic beverages or snack foods being a strong preference.**: 
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, driving customer loyalty and repeat business. 
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with internal teams and external stakeholders. 
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously with mínimal supervision. 
- Possess a valid driver's license for travelling within the assigned territory.
