About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as an Administrative Services Coordinator within our Adult Acute Inpatient Mental Health Service.

This position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in mental health care while building a rewarding career, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations of our acute mental health services. This role combines administrative expertise with the satisfaction of contributing to patient care and recovery outcomes.

Responsibilities

- coordinate administrative functions across the service
- support clinical teams with patient-related documentation and processes
- manage and lead administration staff
- manage correspondence, scheduling and resource coordination
- ensure compliance with health service policies and procedures
- liaise with multidisciplinary teams, patients and families

About You

To thrive in this role, you must possess solid administrative and organisational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, commitment to maintaining confidentiality and an ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
