The Role
* Ensure patients receive an attractive comfortable and safe environment by considering their needs.
1. Maintain confidence confidentiality whilst promoting an atmosphere of respect assist patients with daily activities encourage appropriate self-care and report any identified social emotional problems affecting the patient’s relationships family visitors members health team;
2. In collaboration with the healthcare team observe record specific general physical mental conditions symptoms signs indicative change promote recovery for optimal outcomes support continuous improvement efforts thereby enhancing service delivery quality.
