We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team. As a Full Time Sales Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where no two days are ever the same.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and sell high-quality jewellery products to our customers. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work productively individually and as part of a team, and have a proven track record of achieving beyond sales targets and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Performance: Achieve set sales targets and KPIs by identifying and responding to customer needs, providing personalized solutions, and promoting our products effectively.
* Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer experiences by being attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable about our products.
* Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales skills, and policies & procedures through regular training and coaching.
* Operational Tasks: Perform operational tasks such as stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
