Join Our Team: Executive Assistant for Leading Plastic Surgeon in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs
We are seeking a professional and highly organised Executive Assistant to support a renowned Plastic Surgeon and our Practice Manager in a busy, fast-paced medical practice.
This is a full-time role (Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm), ideal for someone with strong executive support skills who thrives on efficiency, discretion, and proactive problem-solving.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of the practice, providing high-level administrative and executive support while delivering an exceptional experience to our patients and professional network.

* 1–2 years' experience in an Executive Assistant or high-level administrative role
* Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines under pressure
* Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
* Impeccable professional presentation and discretion
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to anticipate needs
Key Responsibilities
* Providing executive-level support to the Surgeon and Practice Manager
* Complex diary and calendar management with precision and confidentiality
* Handling phone and email communications with professionalism
* Scheduling and coordinating consultations, surgeries, and follow-up care
* Liaising with patients, healthcare professionals, and external providers
* Streamlining workflows and ensuring smooth daily operations
