**The Role**:
The Assistant Store Manager will lead a large team to achieve sales budgets and retail KPIs. Using visual directives, you will merchandise your location with each new season. By offering exemplary customer service, you will build on an established customer base.
**Skills & experiences required**:
- Previous retail Assistant Store Management experience, minimum 2years
- Apparel or footwear experience highly regarded
- Proven stock control ability
- Ability to execute visual directives to high standard
- Lead a diverse sales team and keep morale high
- Styling and outfitting capability
- Detail oriented, good understanding of POS and able to quickly pick up new systems.
- Ability to coach and motivate team, ability to succession plan.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Forward planner, think outside the box mentality.
- Drive sales and KPI's
