Your new role Will see you lead and manage a broad range of corporate transactions including mergers & acquisitions, share sales and business sales; draft, review, and negotiate key transaction documents (share sale agreements, asset sale agreements and shareholder agreements); conduct and co-ordinate legal and due diligence processes; capital raising (convertible notes and SAFE notes); shareholders and governance documents; share-buy backs and other capital reductions; advise your clients on corporate structuring, directors' duties and compliance with the Corporations Act.
Advise your clients on the buy and sell side in industries such as agrichemicals, pharmaceutical, industrial, childcare, FMCG and professional services.
Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact for transactions (running deals from start to finish); autonomy over transactions; real career progression opportunities in a growing firm; supervising junior lawyers and contribute to mentoring and team development; participate in strategic and business development initiatives; competitive salary and bonus structure; flexibility and work-life balance.
