We need an Awesome Receptionist, so we are now seeking an experienced full-time team member to take on the role.

We are a modern friendly family law firm based on the Sunshine Coast and servicing clients all over Australia.
We have an awesome team and with our expansion we need a dedicated receptionist, the right person that will match our teams values.
This is an opportunity for an experienced motivated person to join our professional team. The role is full time with office hours being from 8.30am to 5.00pm.
The Skills Required;
* Outstanding client service and communication skills, verbal and written,
* Knowledge of SMOKEBALL (would be advantageous),
* Be highly organised with the ability to multi-task,
* Professional presentation and dependability,
* Respect for confidentiality and discretion,
* Attention to detail with a positive attitude,
* Competency in the use of Microsoft Office.
Some aspects of the role will be;
* Greeting Clients and Visitors.
* Answering and routing incoming calls on a multi-line system,
* Initial enquiries from new clients,
* Diary management and scheduling appointments with clients,
* Assisting with file management and billing,
* Serving coffee, tea, etc to guests,
* Maintaining and scheduling conference rooms,
* Maintaining waiting area and other parts of the office,
* Scanning, Photocopying, and other secretarial duties.
