What you'll be doing
The ACOS Project Manager will support FWLHD's strategic objectives by providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring, as well as direct project management services for the Aged Care Outreach Service. This role works closely with LHD executives, managers, clinicians, and other key stakeholders to facilitate the timely delivery of this project governed collaboratively by the District Aged Care Services and the Project Management Office (PMO).

* Related qualification and/or experience in Project Management, Change Management or Business Administration.
* Demonstrated project and/or change management experience with the ability to develop, monitor and reach determined outcomes in a rural health care setting.
* High level communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to listen to others; and to prepare written material that is concise, accurate, well-structured and easy to follow.
* Capacity to organise, plan and prioritise work, documentation and schedules accurately, responding appropriately to changing circumstances where necessary.
* Ability to perform basic research and critically analyse quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision making.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Current driver's license and willingness to travel between sites and facilities across a large geographic area, which may include overnight stays.
