Your New Role:
This role is based in the flagship boutique, with the opportunity to support a small group of nearby boutiques. It is a natural progression for a strong Flagship Boutique Manager who is ready to expand their scope while continuing to lead from the front.
You will drive the performance of the flagship, set the standard for service and presentation and work closely with leaders across the surrounding boutiques to ensure alignment in sales, people and brand standards. It is a hands on leadership role with just enough added scope to stretch you.
What You'll Get Up To:
* Lead the flagship boutique, setting the standard for service, presentation and commercial performance
* Support and guide managers, providing structure, coaching and performance direction
* Analyse sales, wage spend and KPIs to identify opportunities and implement clear action plans
* Build bench strength and succession plans across your stores
* Partner with senior leadership to ensure brand consistency and operational excellence
The Experience Checklist:
* Current Flagship Boutique Manager or Senior Store Manager in a premium retail environment
* Strong commercial acumen with confidence managing high turnover and wage control
* Proven ability to coach and elevate leaders within your team
* Experience working within concessions or managing relationships in a department store environment highly regarded
* Polished, brand aligned and passionate about delivering a premium customer experience
