We’re looking for a Systems Administrator, specialising in Dynamics 365, to join our Enterprise Procurement & Product Management team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the operation, maintenance, and optimisation of our Dynamics 365 platform.
This is a suitable role for someone with experience in CRM Dynamics 365. We are open to the successful candidate being based in any major Australian city (Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, or Sydney) and provide a hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities
- User Support and Ticket Management: Act as the first point of contact for Dynamics 365 CRM end-user queries. Provide clear guidance and basic training to help users navigate system functionality.
- Advanced Troubleshooting and System Administration: Diagnose and resolve complex system issues including performance, workflow, and security problems. Administer user accounts, roles, permissions, and team memberships. Configure business units, workflows, dashboards, and views in line with business requirements and governance policies.
- Collaboration and Incident Escalation: Work with internal IT teams, developers, and external vendors (including Microsoft) to resolve escalated issues. Provide detailed documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and outcomes.
- Monitoring and Maintenance: Proactively monitor system health, integrations, and scheduled jobs. Perform preventative maintenance including data cleanup, deduplication, and error log reviews. Support backup validation and restoration testing in collaboration with IT infrastructure.
- Training, Communication, and Knowledge Sharing: Deliver user enablement through one-to-one assistance, training sessions, and self-service materials. Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and internal knowledge base content. Communicate planned changes, downtime, and new features in a clear and timely manner.
- Continuous Improvement and System Enhancements: Stay current on Dynamics 365 updates, test new features in sandbox environments. Recommend and support enhancements to system configurations, processes, and training programs. Identify recurring issues and work with stakeholders to deliver long-term fixes.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure CRM usage complies with internal policies and external regulations. Enforce least-privilege access and support audits with accurate documentation. Monitor for unauthorized access attempts or security anomalies and escalate as required.
