The
RBWH Foundation
is scaling rapidly and needs a capable, highly organised, detail-sharp Marketing Coordinator to play a critical coordinator and support role, working with the brand, experience and fundraising teams.

What you'll do
* Coordinate fundraising and brand campaign elements (print, digital, email, social, events) including scheduling, approvals and distribution.
* Support digital execution: website updates, EDMs, social content scheduling and reporting.
* Prepare high-quality collateral for appeals, donor communications and events.
* Work closely with fundraising teams to ensure the Experience & Brand team supports donor and campaign goals.
* Coordinate suppliers, track timelines, maintain brand consistency and help gather campaign insights.
About you
You're an organised and proactive early-career marketing professional who's comfortable working across channels and juggling priorities without dropping the detail.
You write well, think digitally, and enjoy being part of a fun team delivering real-world impact.
You're naturally collaborative, highly accountable and take pride in doing your job well.
We'd love you to bring:
* around 2 years' experience in marketing, communications or campaign coordination
* strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills
* strong written communication skills and attention to detail
* confidence with digital tools, email platforms and social scheduling
* proven ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy
You're willing and available to represent the organisation in the community and at events, including some evenings and weekends (time off in lieu available).
