Human Resources Coordinator

HYDAC Australia is seeking a proactive and people-focused Human Resources Coordinator to join our Melbourne team in a newly created role. About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will provide end-to-end coordination across a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, training coordination and HR reporting. This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate recruitment activities including job advertisements, interviews and candidate communication
* Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees
* Maintain employee records and HR documentation
* Assist with training administration and internal development initiatives
* Provide support across HR policies, procedures and employee queries
* Assist with HR reporting, compliance requirements and general HR administration
* Support initiatives that contribute to employee engagement and workplace culture
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Previous experience in an HR coordination or administration role (or similar)
* A qualification in Human Resources (or currently studying) is desirable
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High level of discretion and professionalism
* Confidence using HR systems and Microsoft Office
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
