Due to sustained growth and future strategic direction, we are now seeking an exceptional executive leader to join us as General Manager Client Services.
About the Role
This is a rare and career defining executive opportunity.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and working as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the General Manager Client Services plays a pivotal role in shaping, strengthening and scaling service delivery across our geographic footprint.
This position is responsible for:

As Linked Community Services enters its next five-year strategic horizon, this role will be instrumental in operationalising our Strategic Plan by aligning systems, people, performance frameworks and partnerships to deliver sustainable growth and community impact.
This is a high visibility executive leadership role requiring strategic insight, operational discipline, strong financial acumen and genuine commitment to community wellbeing. The successful candidate will balance governance requirements with service innovation while fostering a culture where teams feel empowered, supported and accountable.
About You
You are a contemporary executive leader who combines strategic capability with operational depth. You can confidently translate Board and Chief Executive Officer direction into disciplined execution while maintaining strong relational leadership across a diverse service environment.
You are resilient, values driven, commercially aware and deeply motivated by purpose.
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as business, community services, management, health or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to translate Chief Executive Officer and Board vision into operational strategy and measurable outcomes.
Minimum five years' experience in a senior operational management role within a complex service environment.
Strong understanding of contemporary legislation, regulatory standards and funding frameworks impacting community or aged care services.
Proven experience in operational leadership, contract management, service coordination, service design and service development.
Strong financial literacy with demonstrated ability to manage budgets, funding streams and contractual performance within agreed parameters.
Highly developed stakeholder engagement and influencing capability with evidence of successful partnership development.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop operational managers to achieve high performance.
Professional resilience and proven capacity to operate effectively at Executive level within a governance framework.
