About YOUR new job: A broad role that brings strong finance, commercial and organisational skills to effectively work with key stakeholders across multiple workstreams to achieve business integration objectives, reduce risk in business transition, ensure smooth transition and facilitate immediate reporting. Reporting to the Group FP&A Manager, you will have responsibility for delivering quality and insightful information and act as a true Finance Business Partner: •Financial Planning and Analysis: Assist in budgeting and re-forecasting, and provide financial analysis and insights into business performance. •Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): Support financial modeling, conduct due diligence, and perform valuation analysis for M&A transactions. •Integration: Lead integration efforts across companies, develop and execute integration plans, coordinate between executives and teams, implement process improvements, establish governance, and enhance integration strategies. •Reporting: Deliver Group-level Board reports, present business value drivers, maintain KPI dashboards, and provide accurate financial information to stakeholders. About YOU! •Experience in assessing and integrating acquisitions with either a consultancy or in-house M&A background. •Strong finance system skills including integration of different systems to facilitate reporting •Group Budget and forecast experience •Enjoy working as part of a high performing team in a fast-paced environment dealing with multiple stakeholders. •CA/CPA qualifications with BI experience knowledge.
