This critical role has been created off the back of the most recent round of investment and an 85% YoY growth, resulting in the founding team relocating to grow the business in the USA. You will be inheriting a key account portfolio worth over $500k across multiple government agencies
including; Federal Government, the Department of Health, the Department of Education, etc.
This role has been created off the back of a bumper year for the business and will be a 60/40 split between growing existing accounts and hunting for new business.
With an 87% renewal rate, the offering is best-of-breed with a typical sales cycle being between 3 and 6 months, and deals averaging around $30K p.a. to $50K p.a. You will be working constructively on the Federal government level with sales cycle similar to Enterprise level roles and the commission structure to match.
You will also be pivotal **in** growing existing Government accounts in this role. Reporting directly to the CEO and Founder, this is an exciting role to grow and onboard key Government accounts **with** a dedicated support team around you including Pre Sales and Marketing as you drive sales for the ANZ region.
As you will be working with accounts across Australia, travel is encouraged to ensure strong relationships are being built. For example, seeing key contacts in Canberra every 2-3 months.

The package on offer will sit at around $270K - $300K with a generous base salary and an emphasis on work/life balance and wellness.
To be successful you must have at least five years proven track record in a similar Government AE role completing a full sales cycle.
