This role supports the implementation of our Management System by assisting the Systems Lead and Divisional Manager HSEQT in document preparation, monitoring compliance, and identifying improvements.
**Essential Qualifications and Experience:**
* Engineering, Quality Management, Business Management, or a related degree/diploma is highly desirable;
* Lead Auditor certification in ISO standards (ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environment, ISO 45001 WHS) is mandatory;
* Additional training in continuous improvement methods is highly desirable;
* Quality experience delivering construction projects is highly desirable;
* Engineering skills are not mandatory but are highly desirable;
* Several years of experience in quality, compliance, or systems roles within manufacturing, construction, services, or a regulated industry;
* Demonstrated success in maintaining certification audits (e.g., ISO, OFSC, NATA);
* Hands-on experience in management reviews;
* Experience with contractor management systems and WHS compliance is essential;
* Experience with HSI Donesafe and Microsoft Teams suite is highly desirable.
