This role sits at the centre of infrastructure across our Pacific & North East Asia (PNEA) businesses.
You won't just maintain systems, you'll shape how they perform, scale, and stay secure. From day-to-day operations to security uplift and infrastructure projects, your impact will be visible across the business.
This is a full‐time, onsite role, primarily based across Oakleigh and Cheltenham, supporting multiple business locations and teams.
What you'll do
* Own and support core infrastructure across the PNEA landscape
* Deliver Tier 2/3 support across infrastructure, network, and applications
* Manage servers, virtualisation, storage, backup, and cloud environments
* Drive patching, vulnerability management, and security improvements
* Partner with Group IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders
* Lead or support infrastructure upgrades and project delivery
* Contribute to incident management, root cause analysis, and system uplift
* Operate in line with internal security, compliance, and safety standards
You'll work across a modern, evolving stack:
* Windows Server
* VMware (ESXi)
* Security & monitoring tools (e.g. Rapid7, SolarWinds or similar)
* Enterprise infrastructure and backup solutions
What you bring
* Proven experience in Systems / Infrastructure Administration within a medium to enterprise environment
* Strong capability across on‐prem and cloud environments
* Solid troubleshooting across infrastructure, network, and application layers
* Exposure to cybersecurity, patching, and vulnerability management
* Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
* Clear communication skills across technical and non‐technical stakeholders
Nice to have: ITIL exposure or experience supporting infrastructure projects
