A fast-growing flexible workspace network is looking for an energetic, people-first Community Lead to be the beating heart of one of their locations, driving member experience, sales, events, and community from the ground up.
This is not a front desk role, but sits at the intersection of hospitality, sales, and community building - and the right person will treat it that way. If you are energised by people, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and want a role where no two days look the same, this is worth a look.
What You'll Be Doing
* Build genuine relationships with members, proactively understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to add value
* Own sales activity for your location — managing membership enquiries, conducting tours, negotiating packages, and closing deals
* Manage pipeline and deal flow to ensure warm leads are followed up promptly
* Mentor junior team members on delivering high-quality, informative tours
* Plan and execute community events across business, wellness, entertainment, and community-building pillars
* Drive partnerships and collaborations with external businesses and organisations to bring unique experiences to members
* Create engaging social media content including captions, posts, and event photography
* Handle day-to-day operations including member move ins and outs, invoicing, supply ordering, and space presentation
* Liaise with design and maintenance teams to ensure the space is always at its best
* Conduct quality control checks and resolve issues quickly and independently
What You Bring
* 2+ years experience in customer service, sales, events, hospitality, or a related field
* Outstanding confidence and natural networking ability
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
* A genuine curiosity about startups, entrepreneurial communities, and the people building things
* Warmth, empathy, and the ability to make people feel at home from day one
What Will Make You Stand Out
* Prior experience in coworking, real estate, or a startup environment
* Comfort with basic finance tasks including invoicing and petty cash
* Social media content creation experience — you know what makes a post land
* An additional language is a bonus but not required
