Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Branch and Sales Manager to develop strategic sales plans that drive growth and revenue.
* Prospect new business opportunities and establish a robust pipeline through targeted outreach and relationship-building.
* Identify and pursue new sales prospects within existing customer networks, leveraging strong connections with Sales Representatives and Account Managers.
* Maintain a portfolio of high-value customers and ensure they receive exceptional service and support.
* Work closely with branch staff to deliver seamless customer experiences and foster long-term loyalty.
Requirements
* Demonstrated expertise in solution selling industrial products, bearings, and power transmission solutions.
* Excellent negotiation, influencing, business planning, and sales strategy skills.
* A proven track record of building a strong sales pipeline and driving revenue growth.
* Ability to think creatively and develop innovative ideas for sales planning and forecasting.
* Strong knowledge of the mining industry and its associated challenges and opportunities.
* Valid and current driver's license.
