Your new role
As the Quality Manager, you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and play a critical role in ensuring products meet industry standards and customer expectations. You'll lead the management and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System across the business, including ISO9001 compliance. Your responsibilities will span internal audits, policy development, stakeholder engagement, and fostering a strong quality culture throughout the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
- Proven leadership experience in a quality-focused manufacturing environment
- Qualifications in Internal Auditing, Quality, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and ISO standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
