The role of a Chef de Partie is to oversee the daily culinary offerings of in-room dining and executive club lounge services. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong culinary abilities.

To succeed as a Chef de Partie, you must have:
* A minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Certificate in Commercial Cookery Level 4 or above, or equivalent qualification
* Proven experience in leading, training, and developing teams
* A true passion for food and creating memorable guest experiences
* Full availability over a 7-day roster
