About the Role: We are seeking an exceptional individual to serve as a Food and Beverage Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising staff in assigned areas, coordinating day-to-day operations, and ensuring excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Staff Supervision: Supervise hourly Team Members in assigned areas, maintaining high standards of professionalism and teamwork.
* Scheduling: Post weekly schedules for Team Members according to business volume, ensuring timely and effective management of workloads.
* Guest Service: Ensure presentation level, timeliness of orders, and provide courteous guest service adhering to Guest Service Standards.
* Leadership: Lead by example, assist Team Members on assigned shifts, and provide coaching and counseling as needed.
* Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, order products as needed, and conduct routine equipment inspections to ensure optimal performance.
* Team Development: Foster a positive work environment, develop Team Members' skills, and promote a culture of excellence.
* Compliance: Maintain accurate records, adhere to regulatory requirements, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
* Mandatory Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have an Associate degree in Hospitality or a related field.
* Work Experience: Supervisory experience in a hospitality operation with emphasis on full-service food and beverage service is preferred.
* Certifications: Must complete ServSafe and Responsible Alcohol Service certification or have proof of current certification.
* Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to learn point-of-sale systems, and proficiency in English.
Work Environment: Our workplace is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring flexibility and adaptability. The ideal candidate must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events.
