About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Assistant Strata Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in administrative roles, with experience in property management, strata/body corporate, or real estate being highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist owners with enquiries and updates, providing guidance from the strata manager as needed.
* Bulletinstratus builds on their strata knowledge and supports assigned Strata Managers in delivering high-quality services to clients under PICA's Owners Corporation Management Agreements.
* Engage with committee members via email or phone to provide information or handle situations related to their community.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of community documents within a document management system.
* Prepare and update meeting records and documents, including minutes and meeting agendas using a digital document transaction system.
Requirements

* Proven experience in administrative roles.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM/Document management systems.
