The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner/Allrounder to join our team and maintain a clean and safe environment for our day-to-day operations in our busy production and warehouse environment.
This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth operations and the upkeep of food safety and cleanliness standards in line with company policies.
Must be available for the shifts
Monday through to Sunday & public holidays.
Flexible on days – 38 hr week.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain designated areas, including dusting, sweeping, restroom cleaning, etc.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance activities, ensuring the facility stays in top condition
Undertake heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
Liaise effectively with production, maintenance and logistics teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and hygiene in warehouse work areas
Assist with general warehouse duties, including supporting the production and packing teams
Ensure compliance with Company Code of Conduct, HACCP, Halal and food-safety guidelines
Provide a clean and safe workspace for production workers without disrupting production processes
Working environment: This is a hands-on role, set in a fast-paced warehouse environment where conditions can vary (not temperature-controlled).
About You
VCE/HSC or equivalent qualification preferred, but not mandatory
Moderate physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour (e.g., bending, squatting, lifting)
Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment, with knowledge of food safety and HACCP practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a pressurised environment
Attention to detail, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in a fast-paced workplace
