**Administrative Support Role**
We are seeking an individual to provide administrative support in our team. As a key member, you will deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the day-to-day operations of our store.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist with purchasing processes and general retail operations
* Liaise with customers to provide excellent customer service
* Process and manage filing, creditors, debtors, banking, and reconciliations
* Resolve customer complaints and make quick decisions to ensure happy customers
* Utilize computer skills, including Excel and Word, to support administrative tasks
**Requirements:**
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize workload
* Flexibility to work across retail trading hours, including weekends and public holidays
* Competent computer skills, including Excel and Word
