**Description**:
Due to Internal Promotion, Rhino-Rack is looking to bring onboard a Customer Service Manager to lead our Customer Service for Australia and New Zealand.
Based in our head office in Eastern Creek, and reporting to the Global Customer Service Manager, the position joins a proactive team as a key component in supporting our Retail Partners and Customers in Making Space for Adventure.
**Accountabilities include**:
- Lead the ANZ Customer Service Team, to ensure they are motivated, have the knowledge and the skills to perform effectively
- Manage key customer relationships and support team in dealing with customer issues
- Develop KPI's and continuously analyse customer satisfaction
- Willing to understand product, retail and OEM partners and customer requirements
- Monthly reporting to the Sales Manager and Global Customer Service Manager
- Develop and update customer service operational manual
- Assist with processing and fulfilment of sales orders
**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be successful in the role you should have experience in**:
2+ years experience in a similar role and leading a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
- Experience in Netsuite, Netstock and Hubspot desirable
- High level accuracy and attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and professional disposition
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities
- Ability to work with a high degree of confidentiality and sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
