This role presents a chance to take on a leadership position in an organization focused on social impact. As Deputy CEO, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in a similar senior leadership role, with the ability to contribute strategically and act as CEO in their absence. They should also possess strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead, manage, and support teams in a trauma-informed, values-driven environment.

Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' relevant experience in a similar leadership role. They should also hold tertiary qualifications in business management, quality management, community services, leadership, or a related discipline.

Selection Criteria:
* Minimum of three years' experience in a similar senior leadership role, with the ability to contribute strategically and act as CEO in their absence
* Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and support teams in a trauma-informed, values-driven environment
* Demonstrated experience in developing, reviewing, and maintaining organizational policies and procedures
* Proven ability to oversee the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of programs/services
* Demonstrated understanding of governance principles, including experience preparing reports, tenders, and strategic papers
