Logistics Operations Executive
* Oversee the management of day-to-day logistics operations, including inbound coordination, outbound freight execution, and inventory movement across multiple regions.
* Ensure all logistics processes are aligned with business objectives, promoting timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Act as the escalation point for freight forwarder, shipping line, and domestic transport issues, resolving discrepancies promptly and professionally.
* Coordinate backlog order processing, ensuring seamless shipment creation, pick/pack execution, and goods issue in alignment with sales order instructions.
* Lead the management of stock transfer orders (STOs), export documentation, and master data accuracy to optimize supply chain performance.
Stakeholder & Partner Engagement
* Facilitate operational collaboration between logistics teams and 3PL providers, ensuring service level adherence and continuous performance improvement.
* Collaborate regularly with Planning, Customer Service, Quality Control, and Returns teams to align inbound/outbound plans with actual execution.
* Provide technical and operational support to 3PL partners to ensure optimal service delivery and maximize logistics efficiency.
Reporting & Analysis
* Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly freight tracking and logistics performance reports to inform strategic decision-making.
* Analyze logistics data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement, driving process enhancements and cost reductions.
* Support finance with end-of-quarter revenue recognition audits and freight accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Freight & Invoice Management
* Manage freight invoice validation and support resolution of billing discrepancies to minimize errors and delays.
* Track and trace international inbound and domestic outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Coordinate airfreight quotes and expedite requests as needed to meet critical deadlines.
Returns & Claims Management
* Oversee spare parts returns and reverse logistics processes from internal and external customers, ensuring efficient handling and prompt resolution.
* Coordinate Tier II support for damaged goods evaluations and SAP quality notifications to address quality concerns.
* Manage the freight claims process, including investigation, documentation, and resolution of damages, shortages, and overcharges.
Inventory & Quality Control
* Lead the cycle count process, including variance analysis, stock adjustments, and root cause investigations to maintain inventory accuracy.
* Ensure timely and accurate processing of quality notifications and triage of sales orders with relevant stakeholders to prevent delays.
* Take reasonable care for personal health and safety and that of others in the workplace to maintain a safe working environment.
