APS5 Intranet Officer Federal Government Agency | Contract / Non-ongoing | Hybrid
We are partnering with a large federal government agency to recruit an APS5 Intranet Officer to support the ongoing management and redevelopment of its internal communications platform.
This role sits within a small intranet and channels team and will support business areas to maintain, update and improve intranet content during a period of significant change.
Key Responsibilities
* Publish and maintain intranet content using SharePoint Online
* Ensure content meets WCAG 2.1 (AA) accessibility standards and plain English guidelines
* Advise and support internal content authors on intranet best practice
* Manage and triage intranet support requests via a service desk
* Report on intranet performance and audience engagement
* Contribute to the redevelopment of the intranet platform
About You
* Experience managing or supporting intranet or digital content platforms
* Strong SharePoint Online capability
* Understanding of accessibility and content governance principles
* Confident engaging with internal stakeholders on complex matters
* Able to work independently within APS guidelines
