Are you ready to launch your engineering career with a leading name in civil and pavement rehabilitation? We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Site Engineer to join our dynamic team! Based at our Dandenong site, you’ll play a key role in delivering major road construction projects, with plenty of variety and the chance to travel to regional locations. This is the perfect role for a recent graduate eager to make their mark in the industry and gain hands‑on experience with an industry leader.
What you’ll bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or related disciplines
- Exposure in civil road construction, stabilisation or surfacing industry highly regarded
- Ability to work away from home in regional areas frequently
- Successful track record with planning, organising and time management
- Proven experience in identifying opportunities; improvements and solutions
- Demonstrated ability with building relationships with key stakeholders
- Enthusiasm with an aptitude for seeking further opportunities to make a significant contribution
