The Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role for the division in ensuring efficient daily operations, compliance and communication flow.
Working closely with the leadership team to implement initiatives that drive efficiencies and engagement to maintain our position as an award-winning industry leader.
Providing proactive support to the operational leadership team this role will be responsible for the efficient administration of but not limited to Rostering and workforce coordination - Weekly rosters, changes and timesheet compliance and onboarding.
Training and compliance records - Maintaining training/qualification records and bookings Compliance and permits - GBRMPA permits, licensing approvals and renewals Purchasing and inventory - Operational requirements- Uniforms, snorkeling equipment and consumables Building effective relationships with the ability to communicate efficiently with all levels of both the leadership team and crew will ensure the success of this role.
This is a fast paced, dynamic and innovative division operating tours 364 days of the year.

Essential Min 2 years' experience in a complex administrative role.
