The Position:
We are seeking multiple full-time Gardeners/Landscape Gardeners to join our vibrant school communities. These are permanent/fixed-term positions available across various NT locations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces to a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and aesthetic appeal.
* Plan and implement seasonal planting schedules in line with environmental and sustainability best practices.
* Carry out daily gardening tasks including planting, pruning, watering, weeding, and mulching.
* Manage ordering of plants, soil, tools, and supplies, ensuring stock rotation and cost efficiency.
* Oversee garden maintenance budget to ensure sustainable and cost-effective operations.
About you:
* Has proven experience in landscaping
* Demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to create safe, inclusive, and engaging environments for children.
* Lives and breathes Catholic values and is an active member of a Eucharistic community (we also welcome applications from individuals of other faiths who are deeply committed to their values).
* Holds a current Working with Children (Ochre) Card and First Aid Certificate.
