About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail‐oriented individual to join our operations team as a Terminal Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will manage gatehouse activities and coordinate container movements to ensure efficient and safe terminal operations.
This opportunity is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee gatehouse processes and monitor vehicle entry and exit.
* Coordinate inbound and outbound container movements using logistics systems (1-Stop, Container Chain, CATSYS).
* Maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Communicate effectively with drivers, yard teams, and customer service.
* Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards at all times.
What You Will Bring
* Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills (especially over 2‐way radio).
* Ability to work unsupervised and remain proactive.
* High computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Experience using logistics systems such as 1‐Stop, Container Chain, and CATSYS.
* A safety‐focused mindset and good problem‐solving skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic work environments.
