We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to join our Manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll split your time between the factory floor and quality systems, ensuring our modular buildings are delivered to the highest standards.
This opportunity will suit someone with a strong construction or manufacturing background who enjoys improving processes, identifying issues before they become problems, and working closely with operational teams to drive quality outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing and improving quality standards, procedures and systems
* Conducting factory inspections and ensuring builds meet specifications
* Monitoring non-conformances and implementing corrective actions
* Working closely with manufacturing teams to improve quality outcomes
* Completing QA documentation, inspection reports and compliance checks
* Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site
* Conducting customer walkthroughs and assisting with audits and reporting
* Collaborating with Brisbane Head Office on national QA initiatives and system updates
What You’ll Bring
* Previous experience in Quality Assurance within construction or manufacturing
* Strong understanding of QMS, ISO 9001 and quality processes
* Construction or building industry knowledge
* Experience implementing process improvements and driving compliance
* Ability to communicate effectively with both floor staff and management
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* White Card (essential)
* Experience with Lean Management or business improvement methodologies highly regarded
