The successful candidate will assist in preparing and assessing new Developer Contribution Plans (DCPs). The position requires a sound understanding of legislation, including the Planning and Development Act 2005 and the City's District Planning Scheme No.2.
This role involves preparing annual reviews of costs, scheme amendments, and providing advice to clients on DCP contributions, prefunding of works, and payment of compensation to landowners.
About You
 * You will have a strong understanding of town planning legislation and procedures;
 * Excellent communication skills, be able to engage proactively with stakeholders, and meet strict reporting timeframes;
This individual will have a qualification in urban and regional planning or related field, and demonstrated research and analysis skills.
Able to produce high-quality documents and possess good organisational skills and ability to balance competing priorities.
