Job Summary
* Develop strategic plans for the distribution process, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
Job Duties:
* Manage daily dispatch operations to meet export schedules and service commitments.
* Coordinate shipments with logistics providers to ensure safe transportation of products.
* Communicate directly with international carriers to resolve delivery issues and prioritize urgent requirements.
* Lead and develop a distribution team responsible for scheduling, documentation, and dispatch coordination.
* Ensure compliance with export regulations, including customs forms, certificates, and regulatory paperwork.
* Analyze delivery routes, transport costs, and service metrics to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.
* Collaborate closely with Production, Sales, Customer Service, and Quality Assurance to align finished-goods availability with export demands.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in health product manufacturing.
