* System Expertise (StudentOne/T1): Developing reports, dashboards, and ETL processes within the T1 platform.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with university departments and leadership to align solutions with strategic goals.
* Solution Design: Designing process improvements and functional specifications.
