We consistently deliver value to clients throughout all mining stages, leveraging expertise and equipment for comprehensive surface operation services.About the Role:We are seeking a full-time permanent Talent Acquisition Communications & People Advisor to develop and execute recruitment campaigns, employer brand initiatives and support the execution of our people strategies.
Reporting to the General Manager People & Culture, this position will partner with the business to ensure the company's overall talent requirements are fulfilled.Key responsibilities include:Lead end-to-end recruitment for salaried roles, aligning talent strategies with workforce needs.Deliver inclusive hiring and onboarding experiences, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract, select, and retain top talent.Manage employee transitions, offer processes, and onboarding documentation.Support internal communication activitiesMaintain accurate HR data and support compliance, audits, and HR operations.About You:Minimum 2+ years Talent Acquisition experiencePrior experience in an internal communications role will be highly regardedExperience with diversity, equality, and inclusion initiatives in the workplaceTertiary qualifications in Business, Communications, Commerce or related fieldExperience in the Coal Mining sector essentialExperience working with SAP – Success Factors (Recruitment Module)Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsWorking at BUMA:BUMA's people are the key to our success.
