Casual Admin Support - Residential Aged Care

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for working with older adults.
Key Responsibilities:
* Front desk management, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing correspondence
* Administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and report preparation
* Providing support to the care team, including preparing resident records and updating databases
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A high level of organization and time management
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A Certificate III or higher in Business Administration (or equivalent)
* Previous experience working in a similar role, preferably in the aged care sector
