Support a high performing selling Director and run their business unit
- Monday to Friday role only
- Up to $100k salary package on offer

This is a phenomenal opportunity for a highly efficient and talented Executive Assistant to support a highly successful selling Director and their team of this innovative and very well respected real estate business. Located in the Lane Cove area close to shops & restaurants, you will be working out of designer offices for an award winning business at the forefront of the industry.

This role will see you working in a high performance environment where you will be keeping up with this high energy, busy pace and heavy listing inventory. As their right hand person, you will be their eyes and ears, and play a critical role in the business, managing upwards to ensure that they're on track and on time, and has every document they need to do their job. This role does not involve any sales or prospecting - it is purely administrative, at a high level.

**The Position**

As the first point of contact for the Agents, current and potential vendors and buyers, solicitors, and the broader team, you will also be the central administration and contact hub for this results driven team
- Preparation and administration for all properties listed for sale throughout the entire process - including vendor management
- Project Management to prepare properties for sale eg repairs and styling
- Preparing the Agents for listing and appraisal presentations
- Diary Management for a high performing Senior Agent's team
- Organising and preparing the team for open houses & auctions
- Building relationships and liaising with clients, internal teams and third party suppliers
- Compiling reports
- Database management

**The Person**
- Be approachable and accessible, and possess excellent problem solving abilities
- Have the ability to work at a very fast pace, juggle lots of activities simultaneously whilst keeping a cool head and completing your work to the highest of standards
- Demonstrate high levels of initiative and be able to work autonomously with little direction
- Have exceptional administration skills, a highly developed communication style and very strong computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Proven influential and relationship management skills as you liaise with stakeholders daily
- The ability to under promise and over deliver, ensuring you operate with integrity, honesty and competence
- You will need a current driver's license and car
