Our client is seeking a friendly and experienced Receptionist to join their busy dental practice located in Joondalup. Known for providing quality care with a personal touch, this well-established clinic offers a warm, professional environment for both patients and staff.
This is a permanent, full-time position across 4 days per week (35.5 hours total). This role is for someone with solid call centre or phone-based sales experience looking to apply their strong customer service and selling skills in a stable, people-focused, medical environment.
* Welcoming patients and managing front-desk operations with warmth and professionalism
* Handling calls and patient bookings
* Providing information to patients regarding treatments and services
* Supporting the team with daily administrative tasks
* Assisting with patient follow-ups and scheduling
* Using dental practice software and adapting to new systems as required
Qualifications
* Previous call centre experience is a plus
* Proven experience in the dental or healthcare industry is essential
* Strong customer service skills
* Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new practice software
* Sales experience or an understanding of patient conversion
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
