About the Role
We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team at Pembroke's Olive Downs Complex.
The complex is a greenfield project located 80 kilometres south-east of Moranbah, which commenced mining operations in mid-2023. We have been awarded a five-year contract to deliver full service mining operations, including mine planning overburden removal, drill and blast, load and haul (Autonomous), water management and rehabilitation as well as construction of the mine infrastructure.
Your duties will include:
* Providing administrative support to the maintenance department ensuring key objectives are achieved
* Maintenance of asset master records
* Compilation of monthly plant reports and balance sheets
* Support for the Maintenance Manager as required
* Daily fuel and oil reconciliation
* Management of timesheets
* Purchase Orders processing
* Monthly Contract Invoices processing

* Proven experience in a similar role within the mining industry highly regarded
* Motivated and committed to meeting deadlines and delivering results in a busy environment
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritise conflicting workload
* Intermediate computer skills in MS Office with emphasis on Excel together with a working knowledge of JDE (desirable but not essential)
* Knowledge of the QLD Coal Mining Safety & Health Regulations and/or First Aid beneficial
