About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
Operate with high autonomy to provide strategic advice that shapes service delivery, drives change, and models best practice while balancing competing priorities.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and operational frameworks in a complex school environment, solving problems through analysis, innovation, and strategic planning.
Lead and manage human resources functions, including recruitment, performance management, workforce planning, and staff development, while supporting change management and future capability building.
Oversee financial and resource management, including budgeting, reporting, compliance, and strategic financial advice to improve practices and support school objectives.
Manage facilities, resources, stakeholder engagement, and team culture, while leading communication, collaboration, and innovation across the school and broader community.
