Scheduling All Rounder
We are a leading Electrical & Air Conditioning company servicing a large portfolio of real estate clients in the greater Brisbane area.
We are looking for a administration/scheduling "All rounder\" to join the established team.
With a great variety in workload, a day would include
* Scheduling Technicians (Electrical) using Simpro.
* Ordering and managing parts
* Assisting with office administration tasks
* Assisting with Fleet Management
* Being flexible, and pitching in where needed so everything is done for the day.
To be successful, you must
* Be highly motivated and have an a drive to achieve results
* Handle pressure well with a solid set of problem-solving strategies
* Be proactive and tackle your workload head on
* Understand the underlying principles of efficient, effective scheduling
* Have an ability to manage competing priorities, without compromising service
* Have Simpro experience (desirable but not mandatory - we can teach you)
Located in Salisbury you will work alongside an experienced team who can provide the support you need to succeed in this position and grow within the industry.
