Job Title: Sales Team Member
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a sales team member. This is a permanent full-time opportunity that requires the flexibility to work alternate Saturday's.
As a sales team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, face-to-face and over the telephone. You will also assist customers in finding innovative design solutions and preparing project quotations.
Maintaining store stock levels and general housekeeping are also key responsibilities of this role. Additionally, you will assist with loading customer orders and adhere to our strict safety rules to contribute to a safe working environment.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Proven ability to provide solutions and drive sales
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Previous experience within a retail and/or building industry preferred
- Forklift licence or willingness to obtain
- Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
