**SALARY**: AUD 72,000
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Assist in the development and coordination of the college's marketing strategies.
- Collect and analyze data from various sources to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and to determine market availability and opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor insights.
- Develop and advise on reports and dashboards to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
- Utilize analytics tools and platforms to track performance metrics and KPIs.
- Identify areas for improvement and optimization in marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing analytics.
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
**Qualifications**:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred but not necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
**Experience**:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
**Skills**: Following skills are necessary for this job role:
- Proven experience in marketing analytics or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
