Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our team. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a critical role in providing expert psychological services to children and adolescents with moderate to severe mental health problems.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team environment, providing clinical, consultant, education, and research psychology services to infants, children, young people, and their families.
You will be responsible for delivering evidence-based individual, dyadic, group intervention, including dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, and solution-focused interventions. Additionally, you will conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and family functioning.
Other key responsibilities include providing consultation on psychological matters, liaising with community agencies for client clinical management, and delivering education and training on psychological topics across disciplines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Masters or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology
* Eligibility for full registration and endorsement in Clinical Psychology with the Psychology Board of Australia
* Demonstrated experience in delivering evidence-based interventions and conducting comprehensive psychological assessments
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
