The Role
We are seeking Rehabilitation Consultants to join our team in the Riverina region, with available locations in Albury, Wagga Wagga, or Shepparton. The role involves facilitating the return to work process for injured workers, managing complex cases, conducting workplace visits, and collaborating with stakeholders.
Main responsibilities:
* Collaborate with treatment providers including doctors, specialists, and allied health professionals to ensure optimal recovery outcomes
* Provide clinical opinions and reports
* Visit workplaces regularly to understand job demands and support safe, timely return to work
* Educate workplaces on injury management and prevention
* Build relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and stakeholders to drive positive outcomes
